Our technical candidate search process is both meticulous and customized. We begin with an in-depth, 30-minute to 1-hour kickoff call, which helps us understand the client’s priorities, including any domain-specific skills or language requirements. Every client is unique; some prioritize a specific technical stack, while others may seek certain educational backgrounds or flexible experience. For instance, one client may require Vue.js proficiency and a full-stack skill set, while another, like CareAcademy, prioritizes candidates actively using Vue with an emphasis on the frontend. From here, we review LinkedIn profiles with the hiring manager to clarify preferences & use that as a benchmark going forward.

We use tools like Crunchbase, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-driven solutions, like Jobsflow.ai (our homegrown software) to research and identify top talent as well as track our candidates' progress and provide transparency to candidates and clients. 

 

Also, a skilled engineer from our team rigorously vets shortlisted candidates for technical roles, ensuring they meet the necessary technical standards before presenting them to our clients.

 

Our process includes:

  1. Job Order & Contract – We collect job requirements and establish a clear agreement with the client. We launch the search with our kickoff call. 

  2. Job Posting—Reqs are posted across major job sites, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Jobsflow.ai, our home-grown software assistant that makes the process completely transparent for both the client and the candidate. We also research using all the newest tools and cold-email, call, and email candidates.

  3. Candidate Screening – We conduct thorough prescreening and technical screening by our engineers.

  4. Interview Coordination – We arrange interviews between clients and candidates.

  5. Pipeline Management – Candidates are seamlessly moved through our pipeline, with transparent communication at every stage using Jobsflow.ai (ask us more about it!)

  6. Offer Negotiation & Extension – We facilitate the offer stage once the hiring manager selects a candidate.​ 

  7. Perform reference checks if the client prefers us to.
